Banana Chips Ingredient 2 Bunch of raw Saba bananas, Sufficient Salt, up to taste, 1 tsp. Baking soda, Enough Cooking oil for frying. Sprinkle Powder 500 gr Omaemi powder, its flavour is according to taste. Additional Note A good Banana variant for chips: Jackfruit banana, Cavendish banana, Cooking [Tanduk] banana and Saba banana. But in my opinion, among all those types of Bananas, Saba banana is the best for chips, either its texture and taste. In order for the sprinkle powder Omaemi to stick perfectly to the chips, sprinkle the spices when the Chips are warm or hot. Because if it is done when it’s cold, the stickiness of the spice becomes less optimal.
